I don't know if it is the effect of watching too much Downton Abbey, but I was really feeling that antique look yesterday. So I put together this vintage look. Admittedly I cheated, as not much of this is vintage, but is all about the idea right? This look is totally laid back vintage school girl esque. Perfect for my busy day running around the city
The Playsuit
The play suit is also Zara, sorry ladies it is from last season! I love the luxury and arrogance of wearing pajama- esque silks out, it screams 20's elegance. If you want this look a good silk vintage print play suit can be found in Beyond Retro ;)
The Coat
Ok so the coat was from Zara, this season, and an absolute STEAL ! This beautiful Pea coat comes in four colours ( green, blue, black and grey) and is only £29.99! Its still there and is so this season, so run ladies RUN! When I saw it I had to have it, its so warm and I know I will have it for years to come... I know good quality when I see it.
The Bag
OOh the bag, its actually the only part of this look that is older then me. I got it from this awesome vintage shop in Queensway. It is from the days when things were made well- I just love it!
Ps..it has a hard casing too so can double up as a weapon on a dark night ;)

It's monday and you say what? monday again? can't be bothered? hate mondays?
Make Mondays your Fridays because it's a new week, a new day, a new chance to shine and that's exactly what i did last monday and damn right i was feeling good. Whether you have to wake up early for work, prepare play run for the kids or you name it, looking good can be effortless..
And on that note!
I decided to wear a simple black jeans and pair it with a white plain t'shirt. To give my simple outfit a bit of edge i decide to wear a colourful t'shirt and wrap it around my waist and paired it with high heels to make it feminine and sexy. To finish the look i wore a black long coat with leather sleeves.. and Ooh i had to add my red lippies to match my bottoms lol

Ooo the day i finally bought myself a pair of Louby's was the day i felt like i won the lottery... Until i actually start walking on them.. Mannn i love this shoe but this sexy bunny hurts like no other! so i only bring her out when i know there is a car ride and a seat where ever i am!
They sure are worth every penny!

I really liked last Mondays look and the girl that was walking past me just got in for the picture at the right time also wearing square patterns but in form of a jacket, funny enough. I like her look..Very cool!
